this was a poorly constructed wig … this was a waste of my money… customer service answered my question because if they don’t then u can file a claim and get your money back so they always reply.. one thing with people in this sight they never wanna give u your money back or send another wig or fix the problem. if you sell me a bad wig why would I buy another. just so I can get a better one you should send me another for free.. this wig was poorly made the wig it self goes over my ears and it hurts.. the attachments like the hair band and adjustable clip that came sewn to the wig is bumpy won’t lay flat .. bumpy Dora wig. I didn’t do it myself they sent it to me like that and I have purchased other wigs uon here and from other vendors and they’re not as bad as this … this was a waste of my money. nd they want me to buy another wig so they can fix the problem… hell no!
